What Is Family Therapy?
Family therapy is a therapy that focuses on the relationships between members of a family, group, or community within the context of their environment. Family therapy can be done with individuals, couples, families, and groups. The goal of family therapy is to treat the set of relationships between people.

People who choose family therapy seek improvements in their relationships with family and friends; better work and school performance; improvements in social life; as well as emotional, spiritual, and physical well being.

Family therapists treat a full range of mental and emotional concerns including but not limited to:
